ARGH.

Installed the new Internet Explorer 7 Beta v3, but it kept crashing and crashing over and over. So after much teeth-gnashing and internet research (using Firefox... it's much more stable... ha), it turns out that Google Desktop (which I don't like all that much anyway) was conflicting with some thingamabob called mshtml.dll.

Uninstalled G-Desktop, and suddenlty everything works perfect again. Heh.

Hi Ken it's Sharon, one of your former students from... a while back...

Hope all is well, and sorry I've been out of touch since then. High school was a blur of activities, and what I remember the most now is music -- orchestras and All-State and All-Eastern (The Rite of Spring... playing first flute was an awesome experience!)

I'm going to be a junior at MIT this fall, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, minoring in Biomedical Engineering. I'm still playing the flute, not as much as I'd like to but still having fun. And I've been trying my hand at composing digital music :-)

Right now I'm working as a tutor for a high school summer camp, and also a research assistant designing a device for DNA analysis. Very much looking forward to that.

I'll send some fun webpages via email later...

All the best,
Sharon
